Education gave me the confidence to keep learning, growing, and believing that I could achieve more.
Growing up in Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi, Tooba Qazi was raised in a family that believed education was the strongest investment they could make in their children’s future. Her father worked at the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, while her mother dedicated herself to caring for the family. Although expensive private schools were beyond their reach, her parents were determined to provide their children with the best education possible. That search led them to TCF.

At TCF, Tooba found more than academic excellence. She discovered an environment that nurtured confidence, discipline, and a love for learning. Supported by dedicated teachers and encouraged by her family, she progressed through school with the belief that education could open doors to limitless opportunities.
TCF gave me a strong foundation, not just academically, but in the confidence to keep pursuing bigger goals.
That foundation carried her to FAST University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2018. Driven by her passion for technology and innovation, she continued her academic journey, completing a master’s degree in data science in 2021. Today, she is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and advancing knowledge in the field.
Alongside her academic achievements, Tooba began building a successful professional career. She joined Bank Alfalah as a Management Trainee Officer after completing her undergraduate degree and steadily grew within the organization. Today, she serves as a Product Manager, applying technology and data driven solutions to improve financial services and solve real world challenges.

Technology has always fascinated me because it has the power to solve problems and create meaningful impact in people's lives.
For Tooba, success has never meant choosing between education and career. Even while building her professional journey, she has continued to pursue higher education, proving that learning does not end with a degree. Her determination to keep growing reflects the values first nurtured during her years at TCF.
Looking back, she credits TCF while laying out the groundwork for everything that followed. The discipline, curiosity, and self-belief she developed in school became the foundation for her achievements in university and the corporate world.

Today, Tooba is not only shaping digital products in one of Pakistan’s leading banks but also contributing to the future of technology through research. Her journey is a reminder that when students are given access to quality education and encouraged to dream beyond their circumstances, they can go on to create meaningful impact in every stage of life.
