Abdul Rehman grew up in a middle-class family originally from Sakrand, Sindh. Today, his family lives in Dharki, where his parents worked hard to ensure that all three of their children had the opportunity to pursue their ambitions.
His father works as an HR Manager in a private organization. His elder sister proudly serves in the Pakistan Navy as a Lieutenant, and his younger brother is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering at Dawood University, Karachi.
For Abdul Rehman, the journey toward his own career began in 2012, when he joined TCF School in Grade 5.

Like many students, he entered a new school with uncertainty. But over the years, TCF became much more than a place to study. It became a place where he discovered his strengths, developed confidence, and began thinking seriously about his future.
One of the experiences that left the greatest impact on him was TCF’s career counselling sessions.
The guidance I received helped me understand that choosing a career was not simply about finding a job it was about discovering a path that matched my abilities and aspirations.
Those sessions encouraged him to dream bigger and gave him the confidence to pursue engineering. Supported by his teachers and inspired by the environment around him, Abdul Rehman completed his Matriculation from TCF before continuing his academic journey.
He later earned admission to QUEST, Nawabshah, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

After completing his degree, Abdul Rehman began his professional career as a Shift Engineer at Mehran Sugar Mills, where he now applies the technical knowledge and practical skills; he worked so hard to acquire.
Looking back, Abdul Rehman believes that TCF played a significant role in shaping the person he has become. Beyond textbooks and examinations, it gave him direction at a stage in life when making the right decisions mattered most. The encouragement of his teachers, the emphasis on personal growth, and the career counselling sessions helped him build the confidence to pursue engineering with purpose.

Today, as he continues to grow in his profession, Abdul Rehman hopes his journey will encourage other young students to make the most of every opportunity they receive. He believes that when schools invest not only in a student’s education but also in their aspirations, they create graduates who are prepared not just for careers, but for life.
