TCF schools are built inside underserved communities, staffed by an all-female faculty, and backed by Head Office and regional teams so every classroom has real support behind it. It’s a model built to last, from where we place a school to how it’s run day to day.

A dedicated Quality Assurance team visits every TCF school throughout the year, running classroom observations and centralised exams each term. Every principal is trained and backed by governance built to sustain that same standard across the whole network.
Taught to reach every child in every classroom
We write and publish our own textbooks, workbooks, and teacher’s guides for every subject, so no classroom is left to chance. Every teacher and principal is trained through our own programmes, built around what actually helps a child learn.
