Building pathways for lasting change
TCF’s work in a community doesn’t end at the school gate. Alongside our classrooms, we build pathways for people in these communities to gain new skills, access basic needs, and take part in their own long-term development, creating impact that reaches the whole community, not just the students inside it.
Turning a skill into a livelihood
TCF’s vocational centres train women in TCF communities in stitching and fashion design, a skill they can turn directly into an income. Many go on to work as apprentices producing market-relevant products, earning as they learn, and the programme continues to explore new, gender-inclusive skills beyond textiles.
The goal reaches beyond any one skill: helping women support their families and build independence of their own, contributing to the wider social development of the communities around TCF’s schools.

Clean drinking water, close to home
Aab-e-Rehmat continues to expand access to clean drinking water across TCF communities, improving quality of life for students and families alike.
Water filtration plants are built within TCF school premises, serving the school and the surrounding community free of cost, a resource shared by everyone nearby, not just those inside the classroom.
